BOMA is only permitting members, interested Property/Facility Managers and non-members of member firms (only two events a year) to our events until the waiting list is over.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

There is a waiting list for all Associate and Additional Associate Members (Vendors) due to BOMA International Standards concerning the ratio between Regular Members (Property Managers) and Associate Members.  Please e-mail the BOMA office to be added to the waiting list - melanie@bomaftlpb.org and click here for more information

If you are a "replacement member" - please e-mail the BOMA office - melanie@bomaftlpb.org to find out how to make the switch.  Please do not change the current member profile.  There is a $25 member replacement fee - you will be invoiced and approved after receipt of fee. 

Log-in information for member's only area, directory and members to attend meetings - User name is your first and last name, no spaces and case sensitive (ie: JosephSmith).  Password default is BOMAFTLPB (all caps) unless you changed it. 

Logging in is more secure, it will capture and save your cc information if you wish and it will track how many events you attend.

Non-members of member firms only can register for 2 events a year as a "one time only guest".

This is an International association with over 100 BOMA's world-wide. If you are in the commercial (not residential) real estate industry within Martin, Palm Beach and/or Broward Counties, you've come to the right place for education and networking. This BOMA is comprised of over 300 members. Our members are building owners, building/facility managers and the vendors who service the buildings and/or the tenants (roofers, landscapers, ...)

March 15 is the deadline to renew and pay.  Vendor (associate) members who are unable to renew and pay by March 15 will no longer be a member.  You will have to write melanie@bomaftlpb.org to be put on at least a year long waiting list.  Don't let this happen to you.
